What began as a simple swipe turned into a conversation that neither of us wanted to end. A month later, it was clear we'd found something steady, genuine, and worth choosing, so we did.

Since then, our relationship has grown through shared adventures, quiet routines, and the kind of laughter that makes everyday life lighter. Now, we're excited to take the next step together.

On 3 August 2027, we'll be celebrating our wedding in Artimino, Tuscany.

Getting There & Good To Know

Nearest Airport

Florence (Firenze) is the closest airport, a short drive from Artimino. Pisa and Bologna are convenient alternatives.

Transfers

Shuttles will be organised for guests around the wedding events. Details to follow closer to the date.

Parking

Free parking is available on-site at the Tenuta for those arriving by car.

A Few Cultural Notes

  • A few words of Italian. Buongiorno (good morning), ciao (hi & bye), come stai? (how are you?), grazie (thank you) and un espresso (a short black coffee). A smile and a grazie go a long way.
  • Coffee, the Italian way. Ask for un caffè and you'll get an espresso. A cappuccino is a morning-only ritual: order one after lunch and you may earn a gentle raised eyebrow.
  • Aperitivo hour. Before dinner, Tuscans unwind with a drink, an Aperol Spritz or a glass of local Chianti, and a few nibbles. Lean into the slow, golden evenings.
  • August in Tuscany. Expect warm, sunny days around 30 °C. Pack light, breathable clothing, sunglasses and comfortable shoes.
  • Practical bits. The currency is the euro (€), tipping isn't expected, and English is widely understood at the venue.
